Cancellation and Refunds
A transaction may be canceled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 and the Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of a Transaction), 5771-2010.
Cancellation Notice Period
Course registration can be canceled within 14 days from the date of registration ("Cancellation Period"), provided that the cancellation is made at least 14 days that are not rest days before the start of the course.
If the student notifies of cancellation of participation in the course 14 business days (which are not rest days) before the start date of the course and/or after the start of the course, the payments will not be refunded and he will be charged the full amount for the course.
Cancellation Fees
In the event of cancellation during the cancellation period, a cancellation fee will be charged by law at the rate of 5% of the course price or 100 shekels, whichever is lower, as well as the clearing fee.
In the event of cancellation after the cancellation period, the cancellation fee is 100% of the payment.
Rights for Senior Citizens, People with Disabilities and New Immigrants
If the student is a senior citizen, a person with a disability or a new immigrant, he has the right to cancel the transaction in accordance with section 14c1 of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981. In such a case, any such right overrides this cancellation policy.
Notice of Cancellation of Transaction
Notice of cancellation of a transaction shall be given in writing to the email address Customer.relations@israelcybercampus.com.
Israel Cyber Campus, Terms of Service

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between Improvate the Future Ltd., a limited liability corporation, and yourself, an individual who uses the Israel Cyber Campus website..
You are not legally required to accept these terms; however, please note that without accepting these terms we will not be able to offer you the services.
We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time, and for no reason.
Right to Use The Israel Cyber Campus Website
We hereby license you a limited, non-exclusive, non-assignable, non-transferrable, revocable, temporary, personal license to use the website on your own device and solely for its intended legal uses.
Apart from where specifically licensed, you are prohibited from using, distributing, publishing, making derivative works, changing, reverse engineering, decompiling or otherwise manipulating the Improvate website.
No Warranty
We do not warrant for the services and supply it on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Your Use of services is at your own risk and under your liability. We make no warranty that (i) the services will meet your requirements, including providing you with any relevant information or reaching a relevant audience and (ii) the services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free and (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the services will be accurate or reliable and (iv) the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the services will meet your expectations, or (v) any errors in the services will be corrected.
Liability
For no case and for no reason shall we be held liable for any damage, direct or indirect, consequential, exemplary, physical or special, to you due to its misperformance of duties herein. We provide the website and services on an AS-IS basis and shall not be held liable, to the extent permitted by law, by any case of misconduct, negligence, gross negligence, malice or any other mean, to any damages or loss of property, including damages to: virtual property, reputation and business reputation, user account information including login information, loss of profit, loss of good name, all resulting from the use or inability to use services rendered by us.
This section does not release us from our liability to bodily damages caused due to our negligence or malice.
Entire Agreement, Waiver
These terms of service constitute the entire understanding between us and yourself in relation to your personal use of the services and will only be amended in writing. No waiver to perform any Improvate's rights under this agreement shall constitute amendments of it.
Governing Laws, Jurisdiction, No Class Action
These terms shall be solely governed by the laws of the state of Israel, including their statutes regarding conflict of laws and may be solely brought to the competent courts of the Tel-Aviv-Jaffa District. You undertake not to initiate any class action, for any reason, against us and to claim your damages only according to this agreement.
